Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare daily store stock report, including inventory management, purchase, and distribution of materials.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock levels, movements, and transactions in the inventory management system.
∎ Receive raw materials as per Challan and other documents and recorded in the Software and Register Book.
∎ To ensure proper receiving, storage and handling of raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods.
∎ Receive goods as per PR / PO and GRN (Quantity/Quality) confirmed by QC purchase requisition maintaining order level and safety stock.
∎ Maintain accurate records of goods inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
∎ Coordinate with all other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
∎ Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
∎ Any Other task assigned by the Management.
