Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biotechnology / any life sciences from reputed university/ institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ferilizer and pesticides, Organic fertilizer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new organic fertilizer products and to conduct research on various microbiological activities on a regular basis.
∎ Collecting samples from a variety of locations and isolating microorganisms, preservation of microbes, retrieval of microbes.
∎ Monitor all physiological and morphological characteristics and identify microorganisms.
∎ Knowledge about freeze drying, fermentation process will be an advantage
∎ Knowledge about farmer friendly microbes, organic farming, bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides
∎ Record, analyze and interpret data
∎ Write research papers, reports, and reviews
∎ Ensure data is recorded accurately in accordance with guidelines
∎ Remain up to date with scientific and research developments
∎ Develop and maintain Validation & verification of all process line
∎ Prepare starter culture for production of different fermented products
∎ Prepare different reagents and microbiological media to conduct all microbiological tests and sterilization assays
∎ Maintain day to day microbiological documents and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
