Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Textile Engineering/ Fashion Design/ Apparel Merchandising/ Knit Manufacturing from a reputed university is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange fabrics / accessories of right quality with planned time frame for smooth production.
∎ Assist to Supervisor to monitor / execution of supply order, commercial jobs, stores, quality check of production to ensure timely shipment
∎ Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities in supplier sourcing, fabric development, sample development, and costing package preparation.
∎ Support senior in communication of sourcing requirements to parties concerned and assists in managing sourcing process properly.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of styles, design, weights, color etc. at a time independently.
∎ Take more initiatives to proactively learn & share information with the senior and the rest of the team.
∎ Keep your superior updated of general order situation.
∎ Assist in preparing required report, documentation, filing work and data entry.
∎ Arrange sample dispatch to customers and suppliers.
∎ Any others job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 7 years of experience in relevant field
∎ An experience in any Multinational/International Buying/Sourcing Liaison Office is a plus
∎ The applicant will be stationed in Dhaka or anywhere in Bangladesh & move frequently factories.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have to be young, energetic with self-driven attitude, result oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good learner & listener.
