Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of sarees and dresses, including block printing, cutting, sewing, and ironing processes. Assign tasks to the respective employees and ensure the production workflow is smooth and efficient. Inform higher authority immediately if the production target is not achieved for any reason.
Third-Party Coordination: Manage embroidery and Nakshi Katha design work with third-party vendors. Ensure orders are placed correctly and supervise the quality and completion of outsourced work.
Fabric Sourcing & Cost Management: Identify quality fabrics at reasonable prices, place orders with various suppliers, and verify deliveries upon receipt. Must be proficient in cost management.
Wholesale Operations: Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, convincing them to purchase products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proactively seek out new wholesale clients.
Social Media & Customer Relations: Manage the brand`s social media presence, promote products, and maintain active communication with customers via phone and online platforms as needed.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage employees, third-party vendors, and customers, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and on schedule.
