∎ Job Title: Junior Manager, Marketing & Sales

∎ Minimum Job Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year practical experience in software marketing & sales
∎ Joining Deadline: Immediately or within two weeks.
∎ Job Engagement Type: Full Time & Hybrid. (But you will need to start working anytime onsite fully as per requirement of the company in the following office location or new office location in Dhaka).
∎ Working days & Time: Sunday to Thursday (from 9 AM to 5 PM)
∎ Location: BAFWWA Complex, Bir Uttom Ziaur Rahman Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

∎ Position Overview:
∎ As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role for overall marking and sales activities of Project 2morrow and Design 2morrow in home and abroad. You will be responsible to increase the sales of the products and services of both the companies. You need to understand and acquire strong understanding & expertise of all of our solutions and services. You will need to be on-the-go always for the promotion and sales purpose.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ · Increase Sales for both Project 2morrow & Design 2morrow in home and abroad.
∎ · Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demos (both onsite and remote) to prospects in different organizations in home and abroad, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of the software solutions and other services.
∎ · Target oriented sales – period wise
∎ · Generating leads through various channels such as digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
∎ · Working closely with all the teams as required.
∎ · Managing the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities using our own CRM solution.
∎ · Shooting video by describing product and service features of Project 2morrow & Design 2morrow which will be shoot by us. That is; you need to describe the product and service features smartly in video. We have professional video studio.
∎ · You need to travel based on the requirement of the company.
∎ Requirements:
∎ · Need to have strong verbal communication, presentation & persuasion skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ · Need to have practical experience in this field.
∎ · You need acquire commendable knowledge, expertise and familiarity on all the products and services of Project 2morrow and Design 2morrow.
∎ · Need to have sharp IQ and eagerness to grasp commendable understanding & expertise on all the products & services of both Project 2morrow and Design 2morrow so that you can pursue customer well that will lead sales ultimately.
∎ · Need to have strong presentation skill before different level of users including top management, mid management, other levels of the customer or individual customer using different presentation tools like; PPT, Prezi & others.
∎ · Need to have solid skill to prepare presentation for Demo for any product or services of our companies.
∎ · Need to have good understanding of the market for the product and solutions of Project 2morrow and Design 2morrow (www.project2morrow.com & www.design2morrow.com )
∎ · Bachelor or Master degree or BBA or MBA, major in marketing / related subject(s).
