• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Female

• 6 month or 1 year of experience in SQA or a related role. 
• Must have to have proficiency at least one programming language like, C, C++ or Java.
• Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, or TestNG for automating tests.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Basic understanding of SQL for validating back-end data and writing test cases for database testing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI for API testing.
• Familiarity with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling for load and stress testing.
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Linux command-line tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Working with different team members of several departments and challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Assistant Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer who is also skilled in delivering effective presentations. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, along with potential solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve product performance.
• Deliver engaging presentations on project progress, testing outcomes, and improvements to stakeholders.
• Meet customer to know their software (i.e; automation) requirement precisely and find out the gap between our available solution and their exact needs. 
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers in home and abroad confidently. 
• Assist in training sessions and communicate technical concepts effectively.

OFFICE SCHEDULE:

• Sunday to Thursday (Regular working day but exception may come for the sake of the customer)
• 9 AM to 5 PM (Regular working hour but exception may come for the sake of the customer)
