∎ Purpose: We are looking for Marketing and Sales Executive who will be focused to find customers from online platforms like; Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn & others and sell our already developed solutions and book customers who are looking for customized solutions. Same time he will also work to find customers from local market. He will have to equipped himself confidently with our ready solutions so that he can make understand prospective customer well.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ (a) Checking freelancing sites like Upwork, Fiverr etc or LinkedIn to find out suitable works for which we are already having solutions – find out lead and then convert those leads into sales (b) Analyzing the posted works which are available in those freelancing sites (c) Find & fit suitable works for us from freelancing sites and local market (d) Compare suitable works with our already developed solutions (e) Discuss with our software engineers about the requirements that the prospective customer asks (f) Participate in the bid (g) Discuss and have meeting with the clients (who has given the job post) and give demo to the clients – you need to take the ownership (h) He has to acquire deep knowledge on the functionalities and features of already developed solutions of our company (i) He has to follow up with customer continuously (j) Need to be familiar with our CRM system and keep your activities there (k) He has acquire profound knowledge on our already developed solutions and under development solutions so that he can convince the potential customer.

∎ Requirement: 1. Candidates has to have previous marketing experience of say 6 months to 1 year in same job field, i.e; acquiring new clients / lead from freelancing sites or LinedIn.2. He has to be have excellent presentation skill for both remote demo and physical demo.3. He has to communicate in nice accent in both English and Bangla with the clients. Expertise in other language will be a plus.4. He has to have strong convincing capability to convert leads into sale through persuasive & logical discussion with prospective customer. 5. He has to maintain a good collaboration between our software engineers and the clients6. He has to have sound skill in writing in both English and Bangla.7. He has to have very good skill in preparing nice presentation using tools like MS Power Point or Prezi, Figma etc.8. Knowledge in Figma will be added quality9.
