Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE Or
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing regular IT support to students, faculty and administrative staff
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) machines in the university canteen
∎ Perform device servicing and repairs for computers, printers and other IT equipment
∎ Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware
∎ Collaborate with the IT Team to ensure efficient IT operations
∎ Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues
∎ Keep records of service requests and maintenance activities
∎ Managing and maintaining the CCTV surveillance system across the university campus
∎ Oversee the intercom and sound system operations, ensuring they are functioning correctly
∎ Provide technical support to students and faculty for IT-related issues
∎ Assist in user account management and access control
∎ Keep records of CCTV footage and system maintenance activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Having a good command of administrative issues related to quality assurance
∎ Excellent command of English.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
