Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytical candidate for the "Junior Executive/Executive - HR" position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

  • RMG experience is a MUST.

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

  • Support the onboarding or orientation of the workers and junior staff.

  • Follow up Disciplinary actions and conduct departmental inquiries & grievances.

  • Prepare Manpower budget and provide reports to management.

  • Follow-up Appointment processing for newcomers, and exit interviews of the leaving employees.

  • Ensure the SOP for transfer of employees, increments, promotions, separations, and other related work.

  • Ensure the application of labor laws.

  • Assist in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.

  • Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Other assignments given by the management and reporting head.
