We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytical candidate for the "Junior Executive/Executive - HR" position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
RMG experience is a MUST.
Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support the onboarding or orientation of the workers and junior staff.
Follow up Disciplinary actions and conduct departmental inquiries & grievances.
Prepare Manpower budget and provide reports to management.
Follow-up Appointment processing for newcomers, and exit interviews of the leaving employees.
Ensure the SOP for transfer of employees, increments, promotions, separations, and other related work.
Ensure the application of labor laws.
Assist in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Other assignments given by the management and reporting head.
