Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
∎ Support the onboarding or orientation of the workers and junior staff.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary actions and conduct departmental inquiries & grievances.
∎ Prepare Manpower budget and provide reports to management.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing for newcomers, and exit interviews of the leaving employees.
∎ Ensure the SOP for transfer of employees, increments, promotions, separations, and other related work.
∎ Ensure the application of labor laws.
∎ Assist in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
∎ Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
∎ Other assignments given by the management and reporting head.
