∎ Bachelor/ Master of Human Resource Management; Sociology; Social Work; Social welfare.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Compliance,PGDHRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Employee Counseling, FMCG Industries, Labour Welfare, Training & Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct awareness programs among all employees to ensure all rules and regulations, policies and procedures, health and safety, hygiene and first aid, welfare and compliance related issues.
∎ To organize induction program for newly recruited employees, prepare training manual and organize refresher training and development program for all employees.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily/couple of times) to check housekeeping & different compliance issues.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per labor law-2006 and Company's policies.
∎ Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve worker's problem, complaints or grievances.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers & staffs for better performance & morale building activities.
∎ Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labour Law.
∎ Maintaining different registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmes etc.)
∎ To follow up and supervision of company Childcare center.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be flexible to do shifting (A, B, C) duty.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
