Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including websites, social media, email, etc. to evaluate performance and ROI
∎ Utilize analytical tools and techniques to track key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition
∎ Identify trends, patterns and opportunities within marketing data to inform strategic decision making and campaign optimization
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends and new technologies in digital marketing analytics
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop testing strategies and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
∎ Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
∎ Good command over English, both written and verbal
∎ Strong research and analytical skills
∎ Attention to details
∎ A team player
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing tools
∎ Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Familiarity with Salesforce.com – preferred but not required
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies or any other related field
∎ 1-3 years of experience within a similar role is preferred
