Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to manage and administrate all user’s systems.
∎ Troubleshooting Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN problems.
∎ Installing and update Antivirus, Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, MAC) & configuring outlook.
∎ PC/Printer/Network devices troubleshooting.
∎ Work on Access control devices, IP Camera, Surveillance systems, IPT etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain IT relevant documents & monitor the performance of server, software and hardware.
∎ Ensure the smooth deployment of new technology.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well expert in Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, IP Camera, Win-10 & MAC, Outlook.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
