Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for restaurant-related IT supports
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software
∎ Have a good knowledge of networking
∎ Maintain and fix LAN/WAN connectivity issues
∎ Closely work with ISPs and ensure timely establishment/troubleshooting/restoration of connectivity
∎ Collaborate with vendors and ensure timely service delivery
∎ Accomplish all-new restaurant setup-related activities within the timeline
∎ Frequent movement from one location to another location would be required to ensure restaurant supports
∎ Provide basic IT Helpdesk supports to restaurant & HO users
∎ Keen to learn new things
∎ Provide remote/over-phone support as and when required
∎ Have the aptitude for self-discipline, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and a passion for technology
∎ Other skills like POS management/programming/database query will be advantageous but not mandatory
