Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the "Junior. Executive - IT & ERP" position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

  • Contribute to the enhancement, monitoring, planning, testing and ongoing implementation of the company`s leading, advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

  • Monitor data entry from each department & troubleshoot any ERP data entry or report generation problem.

  • Work closely with the ERP development/implementation team and complete the ERP installation as advised by the supervisor.

  • Conduct and coordinate the training activities of management employees provide them with support throughout the office, and help with troubleshooting.

  • Input data of order summary, analyze data from time to time and also create reports on Projection Record.

  • Provide IT support to head office and factory employees.

  • Assist to evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.

  • Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
