Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware & Networking, IT Knowledge, IT Troubleshooting, Software Implementation
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth running of all ICT systems, software, email applications, desktop hardware, including anti-virus and other related applications.
∎ Perform installation and configuration of windows OS, software applications, desktop hardware, network switches, routers etc.
∎ Troubleshoot malfunctions of network, desktop/laptop, printers and other IT hardware, and soft applications to resolve operational issues and restore services.
∎ Provide support to users remotely in different network, software/hardware and system related problems.
∎ File sharing, networking with PCs, network attached storage setup and optimization.
∎ Knowledge, on CCTV, Projectors and PA systems and attendance Devices are preferred.
∎ Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
∎ Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
∎ Identify departmental needs and make suggestions regarding technical direction.
∎ Provide system advice and system support to computer users.
∎ Ensure that all IT activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
∎ Troubleshooting all IT relevant issues of user's requirements in different OS like Windows 7, Windows 8, and other OS.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers and scanners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ CCNA Course completed.
∎ Competency on IT service related work.
