Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Need to study competitors' products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
∎ Submit periodical report to section head for his/her better understanding regarding actual progress.
∎ Ability to conduct feasibility study of upcoming project & guide accordingly.
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Able to coordinate all Land Procurement activities.
∎ Able to prepare Land Procurement Feasibility.
∎ Knowledge about RAJUK, NHA, Registration Process and others land related departments.
∎ Knowledge about Deed of Agreement and Power of Attorney for land procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2years working experience in Real Estate Sector
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Computer literacy is a must
∎ Should have pleasant personality.
∎ Result oriented approach.
