Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, link delivery and troubleshooting of customer premise devices
∎ Diagnosing customer end network configuration issues and network performance.
∎ New customer Internet and data service provisioning for customer end devices like Wifi Router, Mikrotik.
∎ Customer focused with pro-active and responsive approach.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Liaising with last mile service providers for fault resolution.
∎ Trouble ticket handing.
∎ Inform to the respective team regarding fault issues (fault notification)
∎ Provide corporate and retail support at end users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking.
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, OS, firewall.
∎ Should have strong networking knowledge.
∎ Good communication skill and teamwork.
∎ Able to work any time as per requirement.
