∎ BBA in Finance / Accounting from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, billing process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, ISP, Telecommunication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange all required documentation regarding banking and other official requirements.
∎ Reconcile intercompany Accounts on daily basis and report accordingly.
∎ Collect report of daily fund Inflow (Bank & bKash) and outstanding.
∎ Work on all kind of party advance adjustment, update party ledger daily basis & report accordingly.
∎ Assist monthly sales reporting and invoice generating.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT returns and Tax summary submission.
∎ Maintain petty cash.
∎ Credit recovery.
∎ Liaise with internal and/or external auditors and coordinate the year-end audit in order to ensure accuracy of audit and adherence to procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years relevant job experience in preferable but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be excellent in MS Excel skills.
∎ Good operating skills of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word) with software operation and reporting.
∎ Effective organization and analytical skills.
