IGW, IPTSP, NOC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transmission Network: Check IGW, IOS and IPTSP MUX Connectivity
∎ IP Network: Router, Switch connectivity for IGW/IOS and IPTSP networks
∎ Billing Network: Billing Connectivity, CDR Push, Hardware and Software Alarms
∎ Core Network: SIP, ISUP, RTP, Alarms, Events, Card Status, Kothon Services, TDM GW Channel Status, IPTSP Soft switch (CPT, CPS, ASD/ASR, RTP, Bandwidth), Concurrent Calls
∎ Power, Data Center: Rectifier, Inverter, Online UPS, Generator, Fire, Smoke Alarms, switch room and monitor the temperature and humidity vigilantly.
∎ MiME Call Center Platform: PBX Server Status Check.
∎ Query & KPI Analysis: Report preparation and analysis, ASR ACD, Alarm.
∎ First Level Support: Provide First Level Support by Initial Analysis for IGW/IOS and IPTSP Issues
∎ BG Tool: Monitoring IGW BG expiration and report to finance for the same.
∎ IGW, IOS and IPTSP Soft switch Routing: Global OUT, Global IN, LOCAL IPTSP-OUT, INTERNATIONAL ANS-OUT, KOTHON-OUT.
∎ Performance Report Preparation, Analysis and Publish for IGW, IOS, IPTSP and MiME call center.
∎ Maintain liaison between the other ICX Operators during fault and KPI issues.
∎ Record all call failure causes and send those reports asking for clarification to the respective stakeholders.
∎ Inform to the respective team regarding fault issues as per escalation matrix (Inside or outside)
∎ Network Issues and Complaint Troubleshooting: C-MAYA, MiME Connect Module (For all Stakeholders).
∎ Online Call Test as per call test template.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
∎ Network Certification will be an added advantage
∎ Willing to perform roster duties including night shifts
