IIG, ISP, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan for IIG wholesale in every month.
∎ Implement sales plan to achieve the target which is set by the sales manager.
∎ Onboard new LISP monthly basis according to target.
∎ Maintain regular visit to prospective client & maintain relationship with existing customer
∎ Weekly & monthly progress meeting with sales manager
∎ Prepare monthly sales projection & sales report & update to the line manager & management monthly basis.
∎ Meet the target & result oriented & achieve the sales target monthly basis
∎ Customer support and have dedication to after sales support to the owned customer.
∎ Handle customer complaints as a RM, provide appropriate solutions by the concern dept. within the time as well as follow up to ensure solution.
∎ Should be able to cross sell other products (eg. IPTV Packages, CCTV Solutions etc.) and solutions along with internet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have extensive experience of owning and delivering complex marketing strategies across multiple business units and products
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario and also have market information from reliable sources
∎ Good command in English & Bengali; both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office
