∎ Diploma in Computer/Electronics/Electrical/ or Vocational Trade Course in Electronics/Computer or Equivalent Education.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer repairing, Desktop hardware, Hardware & Networking, Hardware Engineer, IT Support Service, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Laptop/Netbook/Desktop/Tablet PC Troubleshooting (Hardware & Software).
∎ IT Equipment/Machinery Troubleshooting (Hardware & Software).
∎ Maintain proper records using computer software and Hard copy Documents.
∎ Inventory control of spare parts by computer software and manual register book.
∎ Follow up on open/unresolved issues.
∎ Daily,Weekly, Monthly work report update to Management.
∎ Must be willing to travel and work remotely outside to dhaka.
∎ Must have to do any office work mentality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Candidate Must have ability to troubleshoot software related problems of computers based on Microsoft Windows. Hardware troubleshooting experience is a bonus, but must have ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, environment and people.
∎ Computer Literacy: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Power Point & Regular Internet Usage, etc.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
