Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE or similar

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor devices and clients of the data center to ensure availability of network and hosts
∎ Install Operating System on new and existing server as per client request
∎ Follow troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve problems
∎ Detect network and system fault in data center and resolve
∎ Open, update and close tickets
∎ Keep record of daily network status
∎ Ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
