Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support, monitoring & maintenance of enterprise network equipments, PC's & other hardware equipment of a large project.
∎ Configure, maintenance & troubleshoot of enterprise network solutions.
∎ Install and Troubleshoot OS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self motivated, driven by results.
∎ Communicate/ escalate/ co-ordinate with customers & overseas partners for faster problem resolution.
∎ Good oral & written communication skill is mandatory.
∎ Strong understanding of TCP/ IP will be required.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
