Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Conduct and document quality and social compliance audits in new and existing factories, based on customer’s requirements
∎ To Improve factories’ social compliance and quality performances by following up on Corrective Action Plans during frequent factory visits, training and support or other appropriate measures
∎ To Monitor and control audit deadlines and results to achieve corporate target
∎ To Maintain audit results and follow up actions in IT-systems
∎ To Communicate audit results to management and vendors
∎ Issue compliance related reports to management
∎ To Participate in compliance meetings
∎ Ensure integrity at all times
