• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.

• Have to be smart, energetic and dynamic

• Good command in both written and spoken English Team leading capabilities.

• Must have good knowledge about Local International Environmental Law & conservation, chemical compliance, RCS.

• Computer Skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail browsing etc.)

• Prepare requisition for purchasing chemical and dyes for production floor and take approval from management.

• Record monthly chemical consumption and stock balance (Chemical Inventory).

• Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, secondary containment and safe use in chemical main store and sub-store.

• Co-ordinate chemical suppliers through supply chain to ensure Chemical Restriction List & Implementation Toolkit.

• Updating MSDS, TDS and chemical report from each chemical supplier.

• Communicate with chemical supplier to collect Update MSDS, ZDHC declaration.

• Implement Chemical purchase policy in the facility.

• Planning to reduce hazardous chemicals and conduct chemical risk assessment.

• Implement local language label, MSDS in every section where chemicals are used and store.

• Implement chemical management system in the facility as per chemical management policy and procedure.

• Production plan wise dyes & chemical stock update for smooth and continuous production.

• Cost analyzes and update database and report to POMC department on daily, monthly & yearly basis.

• Production recipe adjustment.

• Maintain good housekeeping at chemical store, production floor.

• Manage training to staff on chemical handling, storage, MSDS etc.

• Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
