Education:

- B.Sc. (Honours) / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry from any reputed institute

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi
Company: Confidence Cement Dhaka Limited
Collect raw materials, clinker, gypsum, additives, and cement samples as per the sampling plan
Prepare samples by crushing, grinding, and homogenizing for analysis
Conduct wet chemical analyses for silica, alumina, iron oxide, lime, magnesium oxide, sulphates, chlorides, and related parameters
Perform alkali and free lime determination in clinker and cement
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as XRF, XRD, Flame Photometer, and Particle Size Analyzer
Calibrate and verify laboratory equipment as per schedule
Assist in physical testing of cement (fineness, setting time, soundness, compressive strength, and consistency)
Record results accurately in registers and software; prepare daily reports for the QC In-Charge
Follow BSTI, ASTM, and EN testing standards, laboratory SOPs, and GLP
Ensure and maintain safety practices, PPE use, and housekeeping in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
