Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate with no 3rd Division/Class in any of the examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in Bank/Financial Institution, NGO, Govt. office, or any other reputed organization which has country wide distribution channel. Preference will be given to more experienced candidates.
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Must be capable to work in the field environment.
∎ Must be good in persuasion as well as maintaining good relationships with vendors.
∎ Must be responsible to do any other tasks as and when instructed by the higher officials of the field staff and office staff on Bank's interest.

Salary:
∎ The selected Junior Channel Officers will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 30,000/- Only. After successful completion of the probation period, their salary will be fixed as per ADC Policy of the Bank.
