Additional Requirements:
Experiences: Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop
Understanding of building construction and materials
Knowledge of BNBC / local building codes (important in Bangladesh)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good creative and problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of site supervision and project documentation
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and layouts
Create 2D and 3D designs using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion
Help prepare working drawings, blueprints, and construction documents
Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress checking
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
Assist in design development and concept planning
Ensure designs follow building codes, safety rules, and regulations
Prepare BOQ / material estimation if required
Support presentation work such as renderings and client presentations
Monitor project deadlines and assist in project coordination
