Skills Required: AutoCAD,LUMION,SketchUp,VRAY
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in SketchUp (must).
Knowledge of AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape will be an added advantage.
Strong design sense, attention to detail, and visualization ability.
Ability to work collaboratively and follow design direction effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the lead architect in developing design concepts and architectural drawings.
Create detailed 3D models of projects using SketchUp, following the architect’s guidance.
Prepare realistic renderings and visual presentations for client and internal use.
Support in preparing design documentation, layouts, and presentation boards.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent and accuracy are maintained throughout the project.
Make revisions to models and visuals based on feedback.
