Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
1.Assist senior architects in preparing architectural concepts, layout plans, and design drawings
2.Prepare and update architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic working drawings using AutoCAD
3.Develop basic 3D models and views using SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape or similar software
4.Coordinate with design team to ensure drawings meet project requirements
5.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and report updates to senior architects
6.Take site measurements and verify drawings with actual site conditions
7.Assist in coordination with structural, electrical, and plumbing teams
8.Support in ensuring drawings comply with local building codes and authority requirements
9.Communicate with contractors, site engineers, and vendors under supervision
10.Assist in material selection, quantity take-off, and basic cost estimation
11.Maintain proper documentation, drawing records, and project files
