Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and record daily financial transactions (cash, bank, expenses) accurately
2. Prepare and verify vouchers, bills, and invoices
3. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
4. Prepare payroll based on attendance and salary structure
5. Manage accounts payable and receivable
6. Perform bank reconciliation regularly
7. Monitor expenses across different projects/departments
8. Handle basic VAT and tax-related tasks
9. Prepare and maintain documents for audit purposes
10. Provide regular financial updates and reports to management
