• Diploma in Engineering in Food Engineering

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

• Test samples for pH, Moisture %, Bulk Density, Degree Bix, POV of Palm oil etc.

• Should have sound knowledge on Frying, baking and proofing.

• Places items on hold that does not meet the specification such as incoming material, work in process, and or finished goods

• Inspects and calibrates equipment's used in the lab. Report non-compliance findings and recommends next step solutions to the QC Manager/Head of QC on a timely manner.

• Monitor and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and other food.

• Safety and quality programs throughout the manufacturing facility, Inform, advice, and update company management of all quality related issues.

• Ability to review, interprets, verify, and summarize data collected from other departments. Report any deficiencies to QC Manager/ Head of QC in a timely manner.

• Collect and analyze samples accordingly to Quality Control Procedures at specified frequency, ensuring results are within specified ranges and completed/recorded in a timely manner.

• Responsible to generate relevant reports and conduct periodic internal plant inspections.

• To analyze of market complaint of product and identify the root cause to take corrective action plan.

• Perform duty at day/night shift.
