Working experience in Factories (Garments), manufacturing companies as Welfare Department is Mandatory.
Must have excellent command over English in writing & speaking.
Must be able to operate Computer, along with Microsoft Office word and excel & capable of typing in Bangla via BIJOY.

Responsibilities:
To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
Carrying out floor visit (daily/ couple of times) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
Handling maternity workers health and benefit issues.
Ensuring different documentations related to compliance and welfare.
Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
Gather grievance report of workers, individual and collective to secure their prompt feedback from management.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
