• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 5-10 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of implementation of Virtualization related services/products.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, present findings to executives, and work effectively within global, multicultural teams.

• A key part of the job is troubleshooting issues that arise during implementation. This requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a pragmatic approach to finding solutions under pressure.

• Willingness to Travel.

• You will often act as a trusted advisor to clients. This involves active listening to understand their business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

• Manage and support server infrastructure (Windows Server & Linux)

• Administer VMware / Hyper-V virtualization and storage systems

• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server & Linux systems

• Hardware troubleshooting (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power issues)

• Support network infrastructure (LAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)

• Assist and implement network cable pulling, patch panel termination, labeling, and testing

• Manage backup & disaster recovery solutions

• Support endpoint security

• Ensure IT support as per requirements

• Coordinate with vendors

• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and network diagrams.
