∎ Prior experience in feed sales or poultry/cattle/aquaculture farming is an advantage.
∎ Have to drive motor bike with valid Driving LicenseStrong sales and negotiation abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Basic understanding of poultry, cattle, and aquaculture farming practices.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed, Aqua Feed, and Day-Old Chicks (DOC) to farmers, distributors, and dealers.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for feed and DOC products
∎ Build and maintain customer relationships, providing product support and after-sales service.
∎ Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
∎ Maintain sales records and submit reports on performance.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
∎ Participate in promotional events such as farmer meetings, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.
∎ Educate customers on the benefits of Nourish products, including improved feed efficiency, FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), and DOC performance.
∎ Survey market and find out blank market as appoint new Agents.
∎ Work closely with the Customer Service Team to enhance customer satisfaction and address technical concerns.
∎ Support the Marketing Team in executing sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
