Job Context:
∎ Agrow Fruits And Vegetables Ltd. is a concern of Khaled Group, which is a state-of-the-art aseptic fruits & vegetables pulping plant located in Chapai Nawabganj. The above-mentioned position will be responsible to maintain the quality of the product (inbound & outbound) and to supervise and lead a quality inspector team according to standards. In this context, Agrow Fruits And Vegetables Ltd. is looking for proactive, qualified, and experienced Jr. QC officer / QC Officer.

∎ Reports to (Position) : Project Manager
∎ Department / Function : Quality Control
∎ Purpose of the job : Ensuring quality & control, Product development, preliminary
∎ production in process control & final production.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incoming fresh fruits & vegetables quality and weight checking.
∎ Ensure In process quality control (IPQC) activities, manufacturing, packaging and labeling operation monitoring according to complies with batch record, sampling plan.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards of HAACP procedures.
∎ Check sample against product specification to ensure that they meet the quality standards.
∎ Organize record keeping and documentation of QC activities.
∎ Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly.
∎ Ensure each and every inspection including proper traceability for the online production & delivery.
∎ Ensure every lot of incoming Raw & packaging materials quality though lab tests as per standards.
∎ Strictly maintain quality control methodologies to carry out analysis.
∎ Maintain the internal calibration records update.
∎ Train, motivate the factory workers and related departments team members to meet the quality objectives.
∎ Determine high customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance/quality.
∎ Ensure the factory personal hygiene & sanitation through proper monitoring & training.
∎ Maintain laboratory resources well organize.
∎ Make a process report with production flow chart.
∎ Make a test report batch wise.
∎ Every day before start production water test (from the source of Water Treatment plant Soft water and RO water) & also after finish CIP test the flashing water.
∎ Maintain & operating standard laboratory equipment.
∎ Responsible for implementation & Documentation work (Hygiene, ISO, HACCP, BSTI, HALAL)
∎ Ensure strict quality check during and after production.
∎ Adequate knowledge to fruits and vegetables pulp and puree lab test.
∎ Develop new technique to improve production efficiency.
∎ Monitor & maintain ETP plant & quality of water.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for monitoring chemical processes and testing products as part of quality assurance.
∎ Under the supervision of Chief Chemist and other team members, they perform repetitive lab activities, such as setting up lab equipment and preparing chemical solutions.
∎ Jr. QC officer / QC officer also conduct tests, interpret and analyze data, compile results, prepare reports, and present their conclusions.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily performance report to Line Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Should have experience in HAACP, ISO 22000:2018, GMP and other certification.
∎ Must have physically working experience in similar industries other QC lab tools.

Salary: Negotiable
