Job Description: (Bread & Toast)
Monitors daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
Coordinate manpower and production line operations.
Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, and food safety standards.
Support machine operation and report issues promptly.
Prepare and submit daily production reports.
Job Description: (Wafer & Chocolate)
Shift control with manpower and Production Activities.
Efficiency: Minimizing waste, optimizing work they and improving productivity.
Allocate Manpower shift-wise and ensure proper Utilization of Manpower.
Monitoring the machine operation and taking care of the equipment & RM & PM.
Training / Courses / Knowledge: GMP, SAP, HACCAP, Knowledge on Production input, output and cost minimization.
