∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot and support end-user/Remote Software, solution, Antivirus, Printers, Scanners, Projectors and Operating system-related issues.
∎ Troubleshoot and Configure basic Networking to end users' devices, such as Desktops, Laptops, network printers, wireless routers, and other devices (Cisco, Mikrotik).
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replace parts as required.
∎ Troubleshoot and assembling Hardware, Basic Software installation, Setup and Installing and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
∎ Setup and installing Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Attendance Device, CC Camera, DVR, NVR, Basic Networking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Problem Solving Ability
