∎ 12-14 Years in System Administration in a large Corporate in a similar purview
∎ Linux Certified with 5-8 years experience in VM Ware Administration plus other hypervisor with exposure in
∎ Virtualization and virtual server setup and management.
∎ Knowledge in Router Configuration as well as Management of Communication
∎ Knowledge of Oracle is a bonus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Designation: IT Infrastructure In Charge/Head
∎ Department: Information Technology
∎ Data Centre Management including Servers, Apps, Infrastructure, Network & Communication, Power Security and Others
∎ Maintenance, Expansion, Optimization, Security, and Efficiency in usage
∎ Incorporate Products and Services to expand upon the setup.
∎ Integrated Infrastructure in Virtualization to Optimize and Maintain so as to add new services into the setup.
∎ Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the web operations online support, hardware, network.
∎ Resource Development to manage next level support with adequate additional headcount whereby which adequate redundancy.
∎ Infrastructure Requirement Assessment for Application porting and scaling.
∎ VMWare implementation (having advance knowledge cum VCenter Management Exposure )
∎ Standardization of infrastructure including Redundancy
∎ Team Leadership in Handing Infrastructure (Server, Network and Communication, Application Porting and Migration)
∎ Development of varieties of operation requirement to smoothly ensure application operations (mail server, website etc).
∎ Setup of Security Parameter (MZ and DMZ)
∎ Active Directory Knowledge in designing and Implementation
∎ Optimization of Communication with Adequate Redundancy to assure 97% uptime round the year.
∎ Developing Team and Introduction of Technology and API into Infrastructure
∎ Coordinate with departments for requirement modifications through proper channel.
∎ Policy Development for Infrastructure wherever required with regard including modification.
∎ Solution Sourcing
∎ Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
∎ Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
∎ Handle any problem related with the IT department.
∎ Introduction of New Technology if and when and where applicable in the entire Group.
∎ Vendor Handling
∎ Individual Performance as a support resource from Primary Duties.
∎ Audit of Infrastructure
∎ Documentation Compliance
