Responsibilities & Context:
Able to solve any kind of hardware/software, windows program.
Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment.
Installing & configuring windows & Mac.
Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keep records accordingly.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, UPSs, printers, IP PBXs, IP surveillance, and other IT related devices.
Look after the File Server data backup.
Responsible for the smooth operation of network infrastructure.
A strong understanding of router and switch configuration is required.
Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
