∎ Attendance monitoring, reconciliation and preparing monthly attendance reports.
∎ CV sorting, arranging interview calls and reporting.
∎ Personal file management and documentation.
∎ Draft and prepare various types of HR letters
∎ Employee leave management
∎ Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
∎ Answering or referring inquiries.
∎ Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
∎ Sorting and distributing letters.
∎ Any related task given by the department or management.

∎ Job Context: This position is responsible for greeting visitors and guests at the company's front desk, answering questions, recommending activities, answering phone calls and HR front operation day-to-day activities.
