Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage technology services to meet operational requirements in designated areas.
∎ Provide Computer Hardware- Software 1st and Second Level Support.
∎ Printer Hardware and Software Support
∎ Provide Support to Hospital Information System, PACS, And Online Report etc.
∎ Provide Hardware, Software and Network Level Support
∎ PABX Support Monitoring
∎ CCTV Camera Support
∎ 1st Level LAN and Internet Support.
∎ Maintain Website services.
∎ Take Part in Ongoing Project and Ensure Proper Deployment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Hardware and Software ( Comptia A+ will be given priority)
∎ Basic Network Configuration (CCNA, MTCNA)
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Will-DO Mentality
