Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business analytics, capacity planning, master production schedule, machine and manpower requirement planning, sales data analysis, real-time production data visualization, strategic planning.
∎ Assist in ensuring effective system operation (from purchase order receipt to finished goods delivery) and removing bottlenecks from the system by communicating and coordinating across different departments and teams.
∎ Assist in planning, leading, monitoring, coordinating, and controlling efficiency, process improvement, quality control, cost optimization, automation, and other relevant projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are fulfilled, and providing regular updates to top management.
∎ Follow up on order status with merchandisers, fabric team, and garment manufacturer to ensure on-time delivery of all goods and to achieve monthly sales projections.
∎ Organize and participate in meetings, ensuring that essential decisions and action items are documented, communicated, and implemented.
∎ Assist in analyzing relevant data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business operations.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing critical findings and emphasizing feasible remedies.

This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication with different department.
