Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Diploma or Bachelor in CSE, EEE, CSI, ECE, Telecommunication

• 1 to 3 years

• Age At least 22 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):ISP, IIG

• Handling Customer Complain & Ensure Customer Satisfaction

• Working experience on GPON/EPON/P2P network.

• Basic IP networking knowledge.

• Sound knowledge of FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, and Wireless Networking

• Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, OS, firewall

• Should have strong networking knowledge

• Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get a preference

• Good communication skills and teamwork

• Able to work in roster schedule including night shift

Responsibilities :

• Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network. IP, Core, Backbone managing and configuring.

• Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.

• Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.

• Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP.

• Configuring and installing various network devices and services.

• Monitoring network performance and ensuring system availability.

• Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customers and trouble ticket maintenance.

• Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure service availability.

• Raise trouble tickets to vendors and follow up.

• Network Documentation maintain with sincerity.

• Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report

• Ability to Client`s Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, and Router with different vendors.
