Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, and energetic individual to drive new client acquisition and business growth through our Product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and conducting door-to-door sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Job Description:

  • Drive new client acquisition and contribute to business growth through IP-based telephony solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets as set by the management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Engage in door-to-door sales with a sincere, hardworking, and energetic approach.
  • Visit potential customers to prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct face-to-face presentations to convert prospects into clients.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and take proactive measures to achieve goals.
  • Collect market intelligence and regularly assess product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver product knowledge effectively to existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and business operations.
  • Handle all business communications with customers in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including regular market visits.
  • Willing to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by Higher Management.
