Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.

  • Training in HR Operations, Labor Law, Payroll, or HRIS will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.

  • Preferred: Certification or training in HR Operations/Industrial Relations (not mandatory).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in RMG manufacturing industries.

  • Sound knowledge of BD Labor Law & Rules and all subsequent & updated amendments.

  • Sound knowledge of HR operational procedures.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Good understanding of labor law basics, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support daily HR operational activities and administrative functions.

  • Maintain employee personal files, documentation, and HR database accurately.

  • Process employee joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and separation activities.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, movement, and overtime data.

  • Prepare and verify OT (Overtime) reports and ensure necessary approval.

  • Assist in payroll-related data preparation and verification.

  • Ensure proper issuance and management of ID cards, gate passes, and employee records.

  • Submit exit documentation to the central payroll team.

  • Maintain HR registers, reports, and operational MIS updates.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.

  • Support disciplinary procedures and employee grievance handling activities

  • Update the Employee Grievance and Disciplinary Issues Tracker.

  • Submit employee bank account-related documents to the central payroll team.

  • Ensure compliance with labor law, company policy, and buyer requirements.

  • Coordinate with departments regarding manpower and HR operational support.

  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities as assigned.

  • Assist during audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.

  • Coordinate administrative support including office arrangements and logistics when required.

  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.

  • Perform any other HR & Admin related tasks assigned by management.
