Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

A well reputed Company is looking to get application from some potential candidates for their 100% knit Manufacturing Unit. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details, have a can-do attitude, happy to learn new skills and have great communication skill with professional etiquette.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, office car maintenances.
  • Assist in preparing job description, job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, shortlisting the candidates for onboarding.
  • Assist in employee on-board and off-board process.
  • Assist to manage monthly Payroll activities accurately and timely, following proper compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee's personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and similar records.
  • Assist with the day-to-day compliance issues of the human resources department like handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies
  • Provide legal assistance to HR team by verifying all the current documents, identify gaps and solve those gaps according to the underlying law.
  • Helping the HR team to arrange official meetings, trainings, and other official events.
  • Maintain liaison with support service providers like Recruiting Agencies, Banks, Telco, Catering, ID card, Security & Cleaning vendors etc.
