The role involves managing customer interactions across phone, email and social media channels, ensuring smooth booking processes, and providing prompt support and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat and social media.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Otithee.com’s services, offers, and bookings.
Handle booking requests, changes, cancellations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with partner hotels, resorts, and internal departments to ensure service delivery.
Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or internal databases.
Assist customers in resolving payment, booking, or service-related concerns.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Support call center agents or field teams as needed for high-priority cases.
Maintain performance KPIs, including response time, satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution.
