• Age 24 to 40 years

• Online Booking, Export document prepare, document submit to Bank & follow up to receive the payment.

• Prepare all types of export documents for woven Garments for different buyers.

• Make Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, GSP, SAPTA.Collect BL, FCR, CO, GSP, SAPTA from Forwarder and Association.

• Submit documents to Bank (BL, FCR, TT and LC documents Collection TT, LC, other documents from Bank.

• Communicate with Freight Forwarder, C&F, Buying House related shipment related issues.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Should have experience online EXP issue from Bangladesh Bank Web portal.

• Arrange shipping details such as export license, custom declarations, packing and routing of goods.

• Communicate directly with clients as necessary to answer questions, relay shipping updates and handle complaints calmly and efficiently.

• Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, and detailed packing list for export and ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.

• Ontime data entry in ERP Export
